about

So this album, Alone with Dreamers, has a continuing story. Pity is the realization that you’re not right for this girl, I’m not right for this girl. SO it goes into Pull the Plug, which is the act of the ‘breaking up’ and it’s very hard for everyone with ending relationships.

But Pull the Plug is mainly about ‘things are getting serious and you’re starting to see where things may end up as you’re with this person. And it’s kind of scary, I think there’s kind of an element of fearing commitment and ‘is this really the perfect match?’

In the end sometimes, one person just knows that it’s not right and that’s all that it takes, is one person because a truly beautiful relationship comes from this mutual love and adoration for one another.

lyrics

Call the doctor, I'm falling in
I fear the pace is picking up
I'm falling hard and I'm wondering
If happy endings will follow us

Pull the plug (don't give up)
Pull the plug on this love
Pull the plug (don't give up)
Pull the plug on this love
Nothing's adding up

When the pieces are running out
I see the picture I'm falling in
The days grow long and I'm screaming out
"What is happening?"

Pull the plug (don't give up)
Pull the plug on this love
Pull the plug (don't give up)
Pull the plug on this love
Nothing's adding up

Nothing's adding up
Nothing's adding up
Pull the plug on this love
